about us

About Shahzeera Biryani

Shahzeera Biryani started with a simple problem.
Most biryani ordered online did not taste like real dum biryani.
The aroma was missing. The layers were mixed. The consistency was not there.

So we built a kitchen focused on one thing.
Cook biryani the way Hyderabad knows it should be cooked.
